This class will focus on the recent FCC notices of proposed rulemaking that impact ILECs, including the transition to all-IP interconnection for voice services, proposed reforms to intercarrier compensation and CAF ICC support, and an initiative to modernize high-cost support. Other proceedings that may be initiated by the FCC will also be addressed.
